Simulations

Simulations of Transfers

In the Transfers tab, at the bottom right margin, you will find the Simulations of Transfers card. It displays a donut chart showing the percentage breakdown of simulations by type loaded into the entity. There are different types of simulations that can be created to find the most effective restriction against potential fraud cases. The system supports simulating Standard Rules, Reputation Rules, Machine Learning Rules, and also offers Proposed Rules, where certain simulations can be converted into real rules. This optimization adds value to what has already been created by the client. The ultimate goal is to improve the handling of erroneous transfers and prevent fraud.

To perform Transfer Simulations, you must click the Access button on the card.

The system will open the Restrictions Simulation screen.

Standard Restriction Simulation

To access Standard Restriction Simulations, click the Access button on the card. The system will open that screen, and from there you can choose the Scope and Type of simulation you wish to create. This section is quite similar to creating Standard Rules.

The process for creating a simulation is almost the same as creating a real rule, with the difference that the Simulation does not have the option to run the service.

Here are three examples of creating a Simulation:

Standard Restriction Simulation: Internal Scope, Incoming Type

Simulation of Internal Scope Restriction, Incoming Type: When accessing the card by pressing the Incoming button, the system opens the screen for Incoming Client Restriction Simulations.

Standard Restriction Simulation: Internal Scope, Incoming Type: Create Simulation

To create a simulation, click the Create Simulation button. The Simulation Restriction modal will open, and you will proceed to fill in each required field:

- Restriction Name - Account Creation Mode - Bank - Customer Type - Product Type - Subproduct Type - Currency - Amount - Apply Day of the Week - Time Validity - 24-hour Validity - Day Validity: From - To - Recipient - Previous Actions - Actions: Account Blocking - Alert - Activate or deactivate the restriction - When to run the service: Time - Day

After completing everything, press the Accept button to create the simulation correctly.

Standard Restriction Simulation: Internal Scope, Incoming Type: List

All created simulations are reflected in the list of simulations at the bottom left margin.

In that list, the columns appear as:

- Name (of the simulation) - Date (of creation) - Amount - Scope - Type (indicated with arrows for Incoming/Outgoing) - Enabled (switch to enable or disable the simulation, having previously assigned permission to do so) - Status (This data is also seen in the Simulation Status graph) - Blocks - Actions: Convert - Delete - View Results

Standard Restriction Simulation: Internal Scope, Incoming Type: Detail

When clicking on the simulation row, the detail of the simulation is shown in the right-side box. All the data loaded at the time of creating that simulation is displayed in this detail.

Standard Restriction Simulation: Internal Scope, Incoming Type: Status Graph and Top 5

Simulation Status Graph: This graph shows the quantities of simulations created and their different statuses, such as: Processed, In Process, Not Processed, and Inactive.

On the right side of the Simulation Status graph is also the Top 5 Simulated Restrictions, showing the 5 most used simulations.
